25 years experience working with leaders, private and public companies, investment groups, blockchain/crypto companies and NGO’s globally designing + implementing system-wide transformation endeavors, leadership training, market ecosystem solutions and new business lines. He has also designed and implemented cutting edge trauma healing, violence prevention, economic development and diversity programs with North American indigenous communities as well as urban and rural communities throughout the United States. All of Andrew’s work is deeply informed by his 25 years of training in the martial + healing arts along with his roots as a climber, surfer and consistent adventurer to the mountains.
